In an era of flash brewpubs, Hiker feels distinctly old-school, this 200-seat operation not much more than a set of brewing equipment and a bunch of trestle tables inside an unassuming shed in semi-industrial Salisbury.
Across 12 taps, Hiker pours a core range of a pale ale, a hazy session ale, an American-style IPA and a Helles-style lager, along with a bunch of seasonal beers.
Good to know: Rotating food trucks are in attendance on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
