Simply Sourdough

Bakery$

A pit-stop for Scandi-style baked goods in Lismore.

Run by Danish baker Farid Shaikh, who moved to Lismore during Covid, Simply Sourdough is an ideal pit-stop for Scandi-style baked goods and country-style bread.

Shaikh learnt to bake in his home country, before moving to Sweden to master his craft. Now, his micro-bakery is building a name for itself with cinnamon buns, knotted the traditional way and finished with pearl sugar, as well as sweet cardamom buns, Danish rye bread and handsome loaves with a soft crumb.
